Digital marketing with a business-growth lens
Your offers, customers, sales priorities, customer journey, and capacity all shape the strategy. Content is part of the work, but moving your business forward is the goal.
Featured work
Two businesses, two different customer journeys, and two strategies built around what each business needed social media to accomplish.

Featured campaign: “Taste the Difference”
Strengthen visibility and reach within the local market, bring more customers into the restaurant, and build greater awareness around its dining experiences and live events.
We created multiple reasons to visit by pairing food-focused content with founder storytelling, live entertainment, brunch, and the restaurant’s community atmosphere. Original photography and video helped potential customers experience Lorna’s online before choosing where to dine.
Tuesday Night Live reservations doubled, with some performances selling out a week in advance. Website visits increased, and the loyalty-program campaign increased link clicks, sign-ups, and engagement.

Featured campaign: “A Finer Woman Said It Best”
Increase sales, build greater awareness among Zeta members, promote event appearances, and create a more consistent social media presence.
We turned client-provided media into timely campaigns built around products, customer proof, sorority culture, and major buying moments such as Boule. Collaborative posts helped expand reach while directing interested viewers toward the online store.
The 90-day campaign created measurable shopping intent with 391 bio-link taps and 890 profile visits. The client also reported increased sales activity during the campaign period, although individual purchases were not independently attributed to social media.

Made for service-based businesses

Meet Hollie
I’m Hollie Dwyer, founder of HD Social Media Solutions. I bring together 12 years of sales and marketing, four years in education, and four years of hands-on social media experience to help service-based businesses market with more clarity and purpose.
I believe social media should support your business—not become your full-time job. That means connecting the content to your offers, customer journey, sales priorities, and the decisions you need people to make.
Beyond my agency work, I’m a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where I lead statewide digital communications and brand visibility as the State of Florida Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me focused on fitness, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying life with my doodle, Keke Laverne Ice Spice Shepard.

What guides the work
We help service-based businesses connect their expertise, offers, and customer journey to clear marketing that supports real business goals.
We envision small businesses growing online without chasing every trend, posting just to stay busy, or treating social media like a full-time job.

Every decision starts with what the business needs to accomplish.
Marketing should be understandable, practical, and easier to act on.
Honest guidance, thoughtful execution, and respect for your capacity.
My approach
Most social media managers begin by asking, “What should we post?” I begin by asking, “What does your business need social media to help accomplish?”
Your strategy is built around your goals, customers, offers, and sales process. The goal is to make social media useful to the business—not simply keep the page active.
We study who you want to reach and choose platforms based on where those customers actually spend their time.
We create content that helps people move from discovering your business to understanding it, trusting it, and taking the next step.
We look beyond likes and views to website visits, saves, messages, inquiries, sign-ups, bookings, purchases, and repeat customers.
Social media works alongside your website, email, reviews, promotions, and sales efforts to build engagement and trust.
What ROI means here
We pay attention to the smaller actions people take before they buy, the cost of gaining a customer, and the experiences that encourage them to return. That gives us better information about what to continue, change, or test next.
